Our indoor gym equipment is comprised of the newest top-of-the-line machinery and weighted equipment. Classes

If you are looking for a relaxing escape from the day while getting some serious exercise in, yoga could be perfect for you. With a mix of mental training and core strengthening, yoga is a full body and mind workout. If your main goal is to stay in amazing shape all year-round you might want to try our cardio boot camps. Don’t be intimidated by the name, these classes are perfect for any level of fitness. Built on the concept of circuit training, these class allows you to push yourself as hard or go as easy as you would like to.

Tennis Leagues

If you are looking for a bit more competition or want to try playing a sport with your significant other, joining a tennis league could be perfect for you. We proudly offer tennis leagues for players of all skill levels taught by our elite trainers. If you would prefer to work on your own game personally, we also offer private sessions where you can focus directly on drills and exercises that will help you take your tennis game to the next level.
