Beat the Winter Blues

You are probably aware of the fact that the winter can be a tough time emotionally. Everything from motivation to get out of the house to the simple ability to feel joy can be much harder than usual. You are not an isolated case if you feel these emotions during the wintertime. These difficult and oftentimes intense emotions are commonly referred to as the winter blues, but are actually known as Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD.
